The Agreement below is effective for all Users
1. Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website www.neomarketresearch.com or any individual service provided by neomarketresearch (collectively referred to as the "Service") operated by NeoResearch Market Research PTE. LTD, a corporation organized under the laws of Singapore.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, users and others who access or use the Service ("User").
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Failure to Follow Terms and Conditions
If we determine that you have breached these Terms, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your right to earn Points
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Void or forfeit your Points
- Void Rewards without refunding Points
- Take any action necessary to protect the Service
3. Accounts
A. Account Creation
To create an account you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or
- Be at least 16 years old with parental consent
You may not:
- Use someone else's name or trademark
- Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
- Use temporary or disposable email services
Only one account per person or household is allowed. We may request identity verification (passport, ID, etc.).
B. Ongoing Account Requirements
- Account information must remain accurate and up to date
- Survey responses must be truthful
- Proxy or VPN usage is prohibited
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days will have all Points forfeited.
C. No Transfer
Accounts cannot be transferred without written permission.
4. Points
A. Earning Points
Users may earn Points through Activities such as:
- Completing market research surveys
- Watching video advertisements
- Downloading mobile apps
- Completing signup offers
The number of Points awarded is determined solely by Neomarketresearch. In some cases, Points may not be awarded even if an activity is completed.
B. Points Generally
- Points are not currency
- Points have no cash value
- Points cannot be transferred or sold
C. Redemption of Points
Points can be redeemed for Rewards. We determine:
- Minimum redemption requirements
- Points required for each Reward
- Daily redemption limits
- Types and availability of Rewards
D. Delivery of Rewards
- Electronic rewards will be sent via email
- Physical rewards will be shipped to the registered address
- Rewards are typically delivered within 31 days
Lost, stolen, or damaged rewards will not be replaced.
E. No Transfer
Rewards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice if Terms are violated. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will end immediately
- All Points will be forfeited
6. Content
Users may not upload or transmit content that:
- Promotes racism, hatred, or violence
- Harasses others
- Contains explicit sexual or violent material
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains spam or unsolicited advertising
- Promotes illegal activity
- Contains viruses or harmful code
Automated bots, spiders, or scripts that overload the service are strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content are the exclusive property of Neomarketresearch and its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Third-Party Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neomarketresearch, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neomarketresearch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer

12. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
Information on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update or correct information at any time without prior notice.
13. Exclusions
Under no circumstances shall Neomarketresearch be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.
15. Tax Matters
You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to rewards or earnings obtained through the Service.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.
